Functions and Advantages
The IT-M3140 series offers several key functions and advantages that enhance its versatility and reliability in testing applications:
LIST mode: The IT-M3140 features LIST programming mode, allowing users to simulate various power supply disturbance waveforms. By setting parameters such as working steps, output voltage/current per step, duration, and slopes, users can generate customized DC voltage disturbance waveforms. This mode is particularly useful for verifying the anti-interference performance of DC loads and testing products like DC-DC power modules, motor drivers, and battery-powered household appliances.
CC/CV priority function: The series incorporates a CC/CV priority function to effectively suppress current overshoot. By adjusting the CC/CV priority and loop speed settings, users can choose between voltage high-speed mode or current no-overshoot mode. This flexibility is beneficial for current-sensitive laser testing and scenarios requiring rapid voltage dips.
Enhanced protection modes: The IT-M3140 series provides nine protection modes, reinforcing the security of product testing. In addition to traditional over/under voltage, over/under current, and over power protection, it includes additional features such as Fold back, Inhibit, and Sense reverse connection protection. These features reduce power mode switching overshoot, prevent sense connection errors, and mitigate test abnormalities. The Inhibit output ban/interlock function further ensures a secure and reliable testing environment.
