Siglent’s SDS6000A series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes come in bandwidth options of 2 GHz, 1 GHz, and 500 MHz. They feature a sample rate of 5 GSa/s (10 GSa/s ESR) at each channel, a maximum record length of 500 Mpts/ch, and the capability to display up to 4 analog channels along with 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.
The SDS6000A series leverages Siglent’s SPO technology, boasting a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 170,000 wfm/s in normal mode (up to 750,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode). Additionally, it incorporates a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. The oscilloscope is equipped with an innovative digital trigger system featuring high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting multiple powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering.
Other notable features include tools such as History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, and Eye/Jitter Analysis, enabling the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records. The SDS6000A series also offers an impressive range of measurement and mathematical capabilities, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and support for serial decoding.
The oscilloscope boasts a large 12.1-inch display with a capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures. The user-friendly UI design enhances operational efficiency, and the display also supports mouse control, along with remote web control over LAN for added convenience.
