The SDS5000X series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes from Siglent are offered in bandwidths of 1 GHz, 500 MHz, and 350 MHz. These oscilloscopes boast a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s, a maximum record length of 250 Mpts/ch, and the ability to display up to 4 analog channels along with 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.
Employing Siglent’s SPO technology, the SDS5000X series achieves a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 110,000 wfm/s in normal mode (up to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode). The series features a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. Additionally, it incorporates an innovative digital trigger system known for high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports various powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering.
