The SDS2000X Plus series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes by SIGLENT are offered in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz, boasting a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s and a maximum record length of 200 Mpts/ch. They come equipped with up to 4 analog channels alongside 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.
These oscilloscopes utilize SIGLENT’s SPO technology, delivering a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 120,000 wfm/s (normal mode, extendable to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode), enhanced by a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. The innovative digital trigger system ensures high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting various triggering modes, including serial bus triggering.
Advanced features such as History waveform recording, Sequence acquisition, Search, and Navigate functions empower users to capture, store, and analyze extended waveform records efficiently. Additionally, a comprehensive range of measurement and math capabilities, options for a 50 MHz waveform generator, as well as serial decoding, mask test, bode plot, and power analysis functionalities are incorporated into the SDS2000X Plus series. The inclusion of a 10-bit acquisition mode caters to applications demanding more than 8-bit resolution.
With a spacious 10.1’’ capacitive touch screen supporting multi-touch gestures, coupled with remote web control and compatibility with mouse and external keyboard inputs, the operating efficiency of the SDS2000X Plus is greatly enhanced.
