Electro-Meters was established in 1963. Our head office is located in Pickering, Ontario, in a 15,000 square foot building. We have grown to be the leading Canadian supplier of panel measuring instruments, test & measurement, optical instruments and product integration.

Controlled Goods Program
The Controlled Goods Program (CGP) is a registration and compliance program that regulates access to Controlled Goods, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) items, in Canada. Under the authorities of the Defence Production Act (DPA) and the Controlled Goods Regulations, the CGP’s mandate is to strengthen Canada’s defense trade controls through the mandatory registration and regulation of businesses and individuals who examine, possess and/or transfer controlled goods.
Electro-Meters is CGP certified, enabling us to support clients in the military and security sectors that deal with controlled goods.
