Load Measuring Pins
Magtrol Load Measuring Pins are temperature-compensated transducers used to measure load and force and provide overload protection. The pins are mounted into machines in place of normal shafts and fitted with strain gauges, allowing them to produce a signal proportional to the measured load.
Conditioners and Displays
Magtrol’s conditioners and displays are used for processing and displaying measurements from signals generated by transducers (weight, load, pressure, torque, etc.) that use standard strain-gauge bridges, such as Magtrol’s load measuring pins, load-force-weight sensors and strain transducers.
HRL Series Anchor Load Cell
HRL Series load cells consist of a high quality stainless steel. This compact load cell is designed specifically for heavy duty use on construction sites and include load cells with a range of 600 to 3 000 kN. Special designs are available upon request. The attached shielded cable includes a water-proof connector with cap. Versions without the connector are available as an option. Cable lengths are customizable according to the installation requirements; for further information please contact us. The data collected from the strain gauge is proportional to the applied force. The signal is transmitted to the monitoring unit for amplification.
Cable Sensors
Magtrol’s line of load monitoring cable sensors include the SG-01, SK-02 and the ZL-03.
- The SG-01 cable sensor is designed for providing load monitoring of permanent and temporary anchors and allows continuous measuring either by a direct or remote control system.
- The SK-02 Cable Sensor is a low cost load cell specially designed to measure the tension force on hoisting rope.
- The ZL-03 Traction Force Transducer works with Strain Gauge Technology and was designed to support a load for long-term dynamic requests.
Force Sensors
Magtrol has force sensors built to measure static and dynamic forces, radial forces in ball bearings, static and dynamic compression loads, static and dynamic pressure forces, and more.
Magtrol’s line of force sensors include the DB-11, DB-DA/DB-DC, DD-03, MD-01, ZB, ZC, ZF/ZF-S, ZM/ZM-S, ZP-S and the ZS.
Clamping Force Sensors
The Magtrol SK-01 Force Transducer, based on strain gauge technology, is ideal for the control of ropes, brake clamps and similar devices. It measures the clamping force, independent of the clamp, on the longitudinal axis of the transducer.
Miniature Force Sensors
Miniature force sensors are designed for micro-measurement and are made of aluminum to combine lightness and stability of measurement.
