The SAP5000D is a high-bandwidth differential active probe designed for measuring high-speed signals, offering features like high bandwidth, low noise, and high input impedance. Its high input resistance and low input capacitance minimize the load on the measurement system, ensuring accurate results.
The SAP5000D utilizes the SAPBus interface and is compatible with oscilloscopes that support it, such as the SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series. The SAP series active probes do not require external power, as the oscilloscope supplies both power and communication through the SAPBus interface. Once connected, the oscilloscope can automatically read probe information directly from its interface.
