SIGLENT offers the SDS1000X-E Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes in 100 and 200 MHz bandwidths with 2 or 4 analog channels. These oscilloscopes boast a maximum sample rate of 1 GSa/s and a standard record length of 14 Mpts. Featuring a user-friendly front panel design, they facilitate easy access to commonly used functions.
Employing a new generation of SPO (Super Phosphor Oscilloscope) technology, the SDS1000X-E series ensures excellent signal fidelity and performance, with lower system noise compared to similar products. With a minimum vertical input range of 500 uV/div, an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a waveform capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec (in sequence mode), these oscilloscopes deliver reliable results.
Additionally, the SDS1000X-E digital oscilloscope includes a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode unique to this class. SIGLENT’s oscilloscopes support multiple powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering, with free serial decoding for IIC, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN protocols. History waveform recording and sequential triggering enable extended waveform recording and analysis, while the new 1 Mpt FFT math function provides high frequency resolution for signal spectra observation. The inclusion of a hardware co-processor ensures fast and accurate measurements.
