Siglent SDS2000X-E – Digital Oscilloscope

SIGLENT introduces the SDS2000X-E Series Super Phosphor Oscilloscopes, offering bandwidth options of 200 MHz and 350 MHz. With a maximum sampling rate of 2 GSa/s and a standard record length of 28 Mpts, these oscilloscopes prioritize user convenience with a one-button design for easy access to commonly used functions.

Utilizing advanced SPO technology, the SDS2000X-E series ensures excellent signal fidelity, boasting lower background noise compared to similar products. It features a minimum vertical input range of 500 uV/div, an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a waveform capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec (in sequence mode). Additionally, it incorporates a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode unique to this class of oscilloscopes.

The SDS2000X-E supports various powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering and decoding, enhancing its versatility. History waveform recording and sequential triggering facilitate the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records. Furthermore, the deep memory FFT function utilizes up to 1 M samples for FFT calculations, offering exceptional frequency resolution. Its hardware co-processor ensures fast measurement and math processing across all 28M sample points with minimal distortion.
