Siglent SDS2000X HD – Digital Oscilloscope

Siglent’s SDS2000X HD series of high-resolution digital storage oscilloscopes is built upon 2 GSa/s, 12-bit Analog-Digital Converters, and front ends delivering exceptional noise floor performance. These oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz, featuring a maximum record length of 200 Mpts/ch and the capability to display 4 analog channels along with 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.

The SDS2000X HD series utilizes Siglent’s SPO technology, boasting a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 100,000 wfm/s in normal mode and up to 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. It incorporates a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. The oscilloscope is equipped with an innovative digital trigger system known for its high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting multiple powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering.

Additional features include tools such as History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, and Histogram, facilitating the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records. The SDS2000X HD series also offers an impressive range of measurement and mathematical capabilities, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and support for serial decoding.

The oscilloscope boasts a large 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures, enhancing operational efficiency with its user-friendly UI design. It supports mouse control and allows for remote web control over LAN, providing flexibility and convenience in operation.
