The SHS1000X Handheld Oscilloscopes offer full isolation between the two oscilloscope channels, one multimeter channel, a power adapter, and a USB host/device port. SIGLENT’s portable oscilloscopes are available in 100 and 200 MHz versions, featuring a single ADC with a maximum sample rate of 1 GSa/s and a single memory module with 12 Mpts memory depth. With both channels enabled, each operates at a sample rate of 500 MSa/s and a standard record length of 6 Mpts. When only one channel is active, the maximum sample rate increases to 1 GSa/s, and the maximum record length expands to 12 Mpts. Commonly used functions are easily accessible via the user-friendly front panel design, enhancing ease of use. The full isolation makes it suitable for both laboratory and floating signal measurement, reducing the risk of accidental short circuits.
