The SIGLENT SNA6000A series of Vector Network Analyzers offer a frequency range of 100 kHz to 13.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, supporting 2/4-port scattering parameter, differential-parameter, and time-domain parameter measurements. These VNAs are highly effective for analyzing the Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of filters. They come equipped with features such as impedance conversion, measurement plane movement, limit testing, ripple test, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments. The SNA6000A series also provides five sweep modes: Linear-Frequency, Log-Frequency, Power-Sweep, CW-Time, and Segment-Sweep. Additionally, they support scattering-parameter corrections including SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response, offering increased flexibility for R&D and manufacturing applications.
Compared to the earlier SNA5000A model, the SNA6000A offers a notable improvement in dynamic range, enhanced front-end configurability with adjustable jumpers, and a new X86 hardware architecture with a large 12.1-inch display. When used alongside the SIGLENT SSG6000A 40 GHz Generator and the Switch Matrix Port Extension, the company’s RF lineup delivers impressive performance and application support at a highly competitive value.
